Building with wood framing and conventional masonry creates unnecessary challenges for builders, architects, and owners.
Rising labor and material costs strain budgets.
Construction timelines stretch longer than planned.
Energy inefficient buildings lead to higher utility bills.
Structures remain vulnerable to fire, wind, earthquakes, pests, and mold.
Insurance and long term maintenance costs continue to rise.
You should not have to choose between affordability, durability, and efficiency.
Building with FERMBLOC involves stacking perforated blocks that align to form columns. Some columns are filled with rebar and concrete for structure, while others are left open for plumbing and electrical chases. Lintel (beam) blocks may be used for horizontal chases prior to pouring concrete.

The core building unit of the FERMBLOC system. Designed for fast, consistent stacking to form strong, straight wall sections with minimal labor.

A reinforced block used every 4 feet to allow concrete to be poured horizontally. Creates continuous strength and structural integrity throughout the wall system.

Used to temporarily block openings during the concrete pour. Prevents concrete from filling designated pass-throughs so conduit, plumbing, and electrical runs remain clear.

Installed at the end of a Lintel Block to contain concrete during the pour. Provides a clean termination point and ensures proper flow and reinforcement.
FERMBLOC was designed to solve the most common problems in modern construction. Using insulated concrete form technology refined over decades, FERMBLOC combines structure, insulation, and efficiency into one simple system
The result is faster construction, lower operating costs, and buildings designed to last

No bracing or heavy equipment required
One truck of FERMBLOC replaces up to seven trucks of CMU
Lightweight interlocking blocks that stack quickly
R value of 23 or higher with no added insulation
Up to 75 percent reduction in air leakage
Fire resistance up to four hours with additive.
Resistant to mold, pests, water, and bacteria
Uses up to 50 to 75 percent less concrete than other ICF systems

Lightweight FERMBLOC blocks stack easily without specialized labor or equipment

Rebar and concrete are placed only where needed, reducing material use and cost.

Walls accept standard finishes including stucco, drywall, wood siding, and EIFS.

The system easily accommodates plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems without compromising structural integrity.
